It is important that you are able to complete all of your training sessions between Monday, September 13th and Saturday, October 23rd. You can compress some of your sessions should you be away for a few days (example using 2 sessions 1 week, 4 the next instead of 3x per week). However, if you are away for multiple weeks during the challenge it may be very difficult for you to complete the requirements and see the results you desire. No sessions are held over past Saturday, October 23rd, and there will be no opportunity to make-up sessions once the challenge is finished.
If you are unable to make the Virtual Kick-off Event recordings will be provided so that you can get up to speed and be ready for the challenge.
