Personal training for 6 weeks
You will train 2X or 3X per week in our St.Albert Studio starting the week of September 13th. You'll get expert training programs are designed specifically for YOU, your goals, and your fitness level and led by our professional coaches. You'll be in a small group with yourself, the coach and up to 2 other participants. You will be coached through your own personal training program. No guessing what to do, we are here by your side every step of the way to make sure you are getting all of the benefits out of every exercise.  ($750 value)

We are still maintaining Covid social distancing and cleaning procedures even as restrictions are relaxed. You will have your own space and your own equipment during each training session.***
Nutrition coaching and recipes

FAQ
What are the important dates of the challenge?
Virtual Kick-off Event: Saturday, September 11th at NOON
Virtual Awards Ceremony: Saturday, October 23rd
In-Person Training Sessions: Your training sessions will be booked between Monday, September 13th and Saturday, October 23rd. You have a few days between the kick-off and when the challenge starts to grocery shop and get ready to go! Virtual kick-off and awards ceremony will be recorded if you cannot attend live. 
What happens if I want to keep going after the challenge?
Many of our challenge participants choose to continue training after the challenge and become full Movimento Fitness members. You'll get some exclusive challenge member-only deals for our ongoing training packages and we will help you continue right on going towards reaching all of your health and fitness goals!
What if I will be away during the challenge?
It is important that you are able to complete all of your training sessions between Monday, September 13th and Saturday, October 23rd. You can compress some of your sessions should you be away for a few days (example using 2 sessions 1 week, 4 the next instead of 3x per week). However, if you are away for multiple weeks during the challenge it may be very difficult for you to complete the requirements and see the results you desire. No sessions are held over past Saturday, October 23rd, and there will be no opportunity to make-up sessions once the challenge is finished. 

If you are unable to make the Virtual Kick-off Event recordings will be provided so that you can get up to speed and be ready for the challenge. 
What if I have done a Movimento Challenge before?
The packages above are special NEW MEMBER ONLY package prices. Since we have very limited spots available you MUST be a brand new member to Movimento Fitness claim one of these spots. If you are a CURRENT Movimento Member on one of our regular training packages you CAN absolutely participate again! You get special member price so make sure you check out the details in your email/in the studio! 
What are the available times for Personal Training sessions?
Our hours for Personal Training are:
Monday to Thursday 6:00 am to 8:30 pm
Friday 6:00 am to 11:30 am
Saturday 8:00 am to 11:30 am

We have sessions starting almost every 1/2 hour during the times above and you have the flexibility to book different times on different days. Please allow yourself 45-50 minutes for each training session. Please note: preferred session times are first come first serve and will be awarded in the order that you register for the challenge. Register NOW to get your preferred times! 
What if I haven't worked out in a long time? Or ever?
That is OKAY! We work with many members just like you who may be new to training or have not been doing physical activity in some time. Our individual attention and program design ensure that you are working towards YOUR goals, at YOUR own personal fitness level, and keeping you injury free while getting the motivation you need. You are never in "competition" with any other members and it is one of our top priorities to create a non-intimidating environment in our facility. 
Am I required to purchase pre-made meals, or follow a crazy restrictive diet?
No! Our nutrition plans and recipes focus on whole foods, and complete nutrition principles prepared at home, that are friendly for the entire family. You will be eating a good variety of foods and eating healthy portion sizes to support your increased exercise volume. No gimmicks or starvation diets here!
What if I don't need to lose a bunch of weight, I just need to tone up. Is this right for me?
The 40 Day Challenge is specifically geared for results. Contrary to popular belief; whether you wan't to lose weight, tone up, build lean muscle, or just live a healthy lifestyle, the underlying healthy fitness & nutrition principles that get you there are one in the same. Staying consistent on the program no matter what your starting point will get exactly the results your looking for.

How We Are Keeping Our Members Safe During Covid

Physical Distancing

You will be 2 meters apart from other members and coaches. There are clearly marked training zones that you will have entirely to yourself. 

Equipment Handling

You will never be sharing equipment with any other members during your session. You have all your own dedicated strength and cardio equipment. All equipment is disinfected between each session. 

Hand Hygiene

All members are required to wash hands before their session and hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility.

Limited Participants

With a maximum of 3 members with a coach and scheduled session times. Our facility is never over-crowded and you will have lots of personal space. Our facility is close to 4000 sq ft and we have less than 12 members in the studio at any given time.
